Our work at OODP is anchored in racial equity, social justice and Reconciliation with Indigenous communities. We know that the inequities certain communities face in terms of HIV and AIDS is a result of service barriers and structural violence rooted in colonization, white supremacy, racism, homophobia, transphobia and other oppressions.
We also know that your work has become more complex and challenging over time. We offer support to you to continue to do excellent work, retain staff and meet community needs in Meaningful ways.
When you work with us, you can expect us to use an intersectional lens anchored in racial equity and anti-oppression principles and practices. You can also expect us to bring GIPA/MEPA into discussions in robust ways. We will always bring the highest level of expertise to our work, grounding it in the latest organizational development research. Ultimately,we are accountable to you for providing excellent services and resources, a commitment we take very seriously.
